City tour with concert
Known worldwide for the Bremen Town Musicians and as a city of literature, Bremen invites visitors to immerse themselves in the fairy-tale world of the Brothers Grimm. The town musicians or town pipers were musicians who played throughout Europe at various occasions such as weddings, receptions, or festivals. At three to four locations in the city center, such as the Ratskirche Unser Lieben Frauen, on the balcony of the magical Böttcherstraße, or in the Wilhelm Wagenfeld House Design Museum, we present all these occasions in musical form. The promenade concert is complemented by curious anecdotes and interesting stories from the heyday of the Hanseatic city with cultural scientist Andreas Calic in cooperation with the educational organizer StattReisen Bremen.

With the lively music of the Concierto Ibérico ensemble and the historical facts and curious stories of the tour guide, participants will experience old Bremen in a whole new way on Bremen's first concert city tour. The four young musicians bring the music of the real town musicians of centuries past back to life!
